Great stay, Fulvio at reception was so helpful and friendly, from organising cars to/from the airport to recommending fantastic restaurants to eat at. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and a great location. Would love to return for another stay.

Perfect accomodation…. Reception -Luciano - Very respectful, polite and I think he is the nicest person on earth, seriously he is a very nice person. My husband and I were really happy with our room, immaculate, spotless, very spacious, veranda with the view was the big bonus! My heart melts on the New year’s day when they left a bottle of wine and some treats with greetings on it which I have never experienced before. Team Terrazza Marco Antonio - Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable and unforgettable! We will be back!

This accommodation is perfect for a visit to Rome. We stayed for 5 nights before departing on a cruise from Civitavecchia. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. They organised a taxi from the airport and on arrival, our room was already ready even though it was before noon. We had room 4, an executive suite with terrace. The room was very spacious with air conditioning and a very large bed. The mattress and pillows were memory foam and very comfortable. The room had tea and coffee making facilities and a reasonable mini bar. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed it on our terrace. The location is ideal and we walked to all of the main sites. A few minor issues worth mentioning - the coffee wasn’t restocked after day one which seemed unusual. We stayed during the extreme temperatures in Rome and were surprised to come back on our second last day to find the air conditioning had been switched off - the room was like an oven and it was impossible to cool it again. We would also recommend a deep clean in the bathroom around the toilet. In the hot weather, despite the very good housekeeping, there was a constant faint smell of urine which didn’t go after cleaning. Overall these were minor issues and we would certainly recommend these suites to others.

We loved our stay here. We stayed in the Presidential Suite. The room was big and spacious. Modern and stylish. Everywhere was so clean. The bathroom was big and luxurious with a big jacuzzi bath which lit up. The bed was huge and comfortable. The outside terrace was big with 2 seating areas and a big jacuzzi hot tub which lit up and was beautiful at night. We had our breakfast every morning sitting on the terrace in the robes and slippers that were provided. I also asked for the romantic package which had rose petals on the bed and a bunch of roses in the room on arrival with prosecco in the mini bar. There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room, hairdryer. When booking it, any questions I asked the lovely hosts were always answered. Upon arriving he gave us a city map. They were so helpful, he sent us alot of useful information via what's app during our stay and any question that we asked was always replied too. 5 star service. So friendly and helpful. Clean towels and room everyday.

Most friendly hotel staff I’ve ever experienced - Fulvio (unsure how to spell). Gave us a city map circling tourist attractions. Brings breakfast to room every morning. Amazing location - we enjoyed walking everywhere - 5 min to Trevi. 15 min to Spanish steps. 20 min to Colleseum. 50 min walk to Vatican. 30 min drive to ciampo airport. Room was chic modern & clean feeling. Large tv in bedroom. Tv above door in bathroom.
